Returns
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
- Go to your Amazon Orders page and select the ProtecVault binder
- Click “Return or Replace Items”
- Select your reason and preferred return method
- Print the prepaid return label and ship the item back
- Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition with all accessories
- The magnifying glass and index materials should be included
- Return shipping is typically free for Amazon-fulfilled orders
Warranty Claims
If your binder develops a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase:
- Email support@protecvault.com with your Amazon order number
- Include photos of the defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 48 hours
Damaged Shipments
If your binder arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damage
- We'll coordinate a free replacement through Amazon
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
